About the DRC
Tollgate Crossing HOA is a covenant protected community. Whether you're considering updating, installing landscaping or simply adding a tree or playset to your yard, all changes to the exterior of your home or yard are required to be approved by the Design Review Committee (DRC) before starting your project.
The committee is made up of up to three homeowner volunteers within the neighborhood who have up to 30 days to review applications for compliance to our governing documents.
Submitting a new request: Please complete an application and submit your plot plan, photos and scale drawing of your improvement to clientcare@amihoa.com, or log into your account at www.amihoa.com, then go to Association Business and then Architectural Control to upload your request directly to the DRC system.
5 Ways You Can Accelerate Your Landscaping Request:
• Review the documents prior to committing to a design
• Ensure they will meet the minimum size requirements at time of planting
• Include pictures of materials (rock, decking or existing landscaping)
